How to quickly Beat the Fear of Failure – mp3

Energy Coaching. Weekly. Free.

This week’s See for Free Coaching is all about how to move forward in the midst of our fears. I have found myself smack dab in the middle of needing this myself, the past day or two.

We’re never too old to learn, and it’s never too late to do some Puddle Jumping (it’ll make sense once you listen!). Enjoy, and leave a comment to let me know about puddles you’ve jumped lately!

Each week I respond, in an MP3, to a reader’s question with some Energy Coaching and/or a guided visualization. Let me know what you think, in the comments below.

((If you’d like to have your own question answered, there is a link at the bottom of my newsletter. You can sign up here! ))

  1. This is right on time, as I prepare to leave the job that has paid my bills for over thirty years. I’m taking the steps, jumping small puddles, writing a memoir, entering art shows, getting ready for a leap of faith. Its a calculated risk. It’s a reasonable risk. And what you’re telling me is this: I am already successful!

    • JoAnne – I’m so glad this came to you at the right time – amazing and wonderful how that happens, right? Continue with the knowing (and vibration) that you are taking this step deliberately, in a grounded, power-filled way. You are, in this way – and as you said – already successful! 😊 Drop back in and let us know how you’re doing. And if you’d like assistance sticking with this clarity and trust, please join our FB group The Power of Practice.

  2. Thank you for sharing some amazing and powerful thoughts and words.
I have been living in London for almost 3 months now after a journey from my home New Zealand. In the last 4 months I have travelled to 5 different countries, met a lot of new people, started a new full time job and have moved flats due to being unhappy in my first London living experience.
Today at work I was working on a presentation for a client and started to realise that I was in way over my head. My customers are looking at spending £40k, I have bare minimum experience in the industry and comparing my presentation to my colleagues, I felt that I was seriously lacking. I came home letting the negativity weigh me down. I tuned in on your podcast and I have decided to believe in a new day tomorrow with strength, motivation and determination that I know is inside me. Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles. Tomorrow I will look at that puddle and try my best to do a good job!

    • Serene – what a great note – thank you so much for taking the time to share it. Sounds as though you’ve done a lot of puddle-jumping, with the moves, new experiences etc – so you can very much look at those successes as evidence of your ability to jump!

It’s definitely difficult to feel that you’re lacking. But yes, when you know you have strength, motivation, and determination, then the simple act of expressing those will be your “success.” What more could you do than that?

Good for you – I admire your courage of putting worry aside, and knowing tomorrow your energy can be clean and clear (which has SO much more power than worry and doubt). It might help to think about things you’ve succeeded at – that will build up your “I can” energy really high. And remember, you’re succeeding simply by taking the leap. Good for you!

Lastly – I love New Zealand – there is a tremendous power and grace in its land and people…. 🙂
